This workshop is for anyone who wants to know more about menopause signs, symptoms, and management. Menopause and perimenopause are part of the natural lifecycle of development but there are many myths and stereotypes that surround the topic. Does everyone have hot flashes? Is hormone therapy safe? Can you still get pregnant? Whether you are entering this life stage, or want to share information with clients who are, you will have the opportunity to discuss current evidence about symptoms and strategies for dealing with menopause towards optimal health and wellness.
