We are proud to promote optimal sexual and reproductive health and well-being.
Welcome to ASPSH
Who is ASPSH?
The Alberta Society for the Promotion of Sexual Health (ASPSH) provides education and training opportunities for sexual health professionals, teachers, nurses, students, parents, and other individuals.
Founded in 1993, ASPSH has online workshops, a postgraduate sexual health certificate program, sexual attitude reassessments (SARs), and host a biennial Western Canadian conference on sexual health.
ASPSH will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday, April 30, 2021 5 p.m. Mountain.
The meeting will take place via Zoom, members will receive an email with zoom details 30 days prior to the meeting.
The Conference Committee and Board of Directors has taken the decision to cancel the conference in favor of hosting an in person conference in May 2022.
ASPSH has hosted conferences and events for over 20 years and the message we hear from our members and participants is how much they value connecting, networking and sharing company with other participants.
We strongly believe that a virtual online conference would not do justice. Current Public Health Directives do not make it possible to hold a face-to-face event at this time.
