We’ve extended Early bird registration till April 12th 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
If canceling your conference registration on or before April 10, your registration costs will be refunded excluding a $50 administration fee. Cancelations after April 10 forfeit their registration. Registration can be transferred to a colleague or friend at no additional charge.

The conference fees for in-person attendance for ASPSH members include nutrition breaks, coffee, and other refreshments for both days.
If your proposal is accepted to be presented in-person at the conference, you must pay a presenter fee of $250.
This fee only applies to the first presenter. If you are presenting with multiple people, additional presenters are required to sign up for the conference separately.
This in-person presenter fee includes 2-day access to the conference, nutrition breaks, and refreshments.

All rates include 2-day conference attendance as well as food and beverage during the conference.
After you click “add to cart”, a form with additional questions including dietary restrictions will pop up before you can checkout.
If you are registering as a conference presenter and are presenting with multiple people, please note that the presenter fee only applies to one member of your group. Any additional presenters are required to pay the early bird or regular registration fees.
Conference presenters will be chosen and contacted by the end of February, 2026. Please do not register as a presenter until you have been contacted and provided with further sign up directions. Thank you!
If you are unsure about the status of your ASPSH membership, please reach out to inquire: ec@aspshboard.ca. ASPSH memberships expire after one year.
If you are registering as a student, valid ID is required.
The conference fees for in-person attendance for non-members include nutrition breaks, coffee, and other refreshments for both days.
Applicable to students with a valid student ID and folks over the age of 65 who wish to attend the conference in-person.

After registering and prior to the conference start date, zoom links for the sessions and keynotes will be shared with you.
Virtual registration includes access for both days.
ASPSH is excited to be able to offer a hybrid conference in order to make this experience more accessible to more folks! However, the SAR is only available for in-person registration due to the involved nature of the training. Thank you for your understanding!
