on screens to attend school, to pass hours and hours of idle time, and even to see

their grandparents.

How do we pit the benefits of digital technology against the fallout from overuse?

In this interactive workshop, we will discuss the impact of screen dependence,

explain warning signs of concern, and explore some strategies toward an imperfect

balance.
