2012 Western Canadian Sexual Health Conference Registration

The official receipt will be in your registration package. Confirmation of registration will be emailed OR faxed (* either is REQUIRED).

Cancellations before April 30, 2012 ($50 fee).
No refunds after April 30, 2012.

2 Day Conference Registration Fee Includes:
Pre-Conference Workshop, continental breakfasts, health breaks, lunches, conference package (including memory stick with copies of all presentations), concurrent workshops, presentations and research sessions, Plenary Speakers. Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Pre-Conference SAR.

Alberta Society for the Promotion of Sexual Health ASPSH Individual Membership is ONLY $30 for 12 months (2012) and includes discounts for conference fees and online workshops.
